The practice
Ashtanga yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic practice that connects movement and breath through a structured sequence of postures, designed to gradually develop strength, flexibility, stability, and focus.
Through the repetition and exploration of these sequences, the practice becomes a path inward, cultivating awareness of the breath and unfolding into a moving meditation. Over time, the discipline and presence developed on the mat naturally extend into everyday life.
My Approach
I honour the Ashtanga yoga tradition by guiding practitioners through the method with careful attention to breath, count, and alignment. At the same time, I place the individual at the centre of the practice, adapting the guidance to each person's experience, needs, and body.
You don't need to be flexible or strong to join. What matters is showing up on the mat with curiosity and consistency, giving yourself the space to breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you are completely new to Ashtanga or have an established practice, my intention is to offer a supportive environment where you can grow at your own pace.

About Me
I discovered Ashtanga yoga over 10 years ago, and it has been my daily companion ever since. Yoga became my safe space, offering me a way to step out of my mind and into my body, and it has been a steady support through my studies, pregnancy, postpartum, and now motherhood.
Over the years, I cultivated my practice with dedicated teachers in Italy and Boston, and further refined it through workshops and in-depth retreats. I recently completed a 250-hour training with my teachers Lucia and Roberto at Bottega Yoga in Bologna.
I believe Ashtanga yoga is a transformative path and, if practised at any level, can bring awareness and support to everyday life.
~ This practice is too beautiful not to be shared.
